1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealmWright ("the Service"), operated at realmwright.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RealmWright.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with RealmWright, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately at support@realmwright.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You own your content. All worlds, entities, relationships, maps, descriptions, and any other creative content you create using RealmWright ("User Content") remain your sole intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

By using the Service, you grant RealmWright a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete your content or your account.

You represent that you have the right to create and share any User Content you upload, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Service Availability

RealmWright is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or experience unplanned outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealmWright and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of creative content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealmWright and its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@realmwright.app. Upon termination, your User Content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason for suspension or termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending you a notification through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
